Our service counter is open from 8AM to 9PM Monday through Saturday and again from 8AM to 6PM on Sunday. You are welcome to drop off new orders and pick up fresh, clean laundry during these hours.

We use premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets. Free & clear options are available to anyone that requests them.

For in-store drop-off service, the minimum is $15.00.

Our in-store wash and fold is often ready for pick-up the next business day during service hours. Same-day service is available if dropped off by 2PM for an additional $5.00 rush charge regardless of order size/weight.

For Standard (next-day) laundry service, there is no maximum amount of laundry we can do for you; however, if it's over 100 pounds Laundry Pros may need extra days to complete the work. For Express (same-day or overnight) service, the weight limit is 60 pounds.

Yes. There is a $45 minimum order.

Our pickup service costs $1.25 per pound for standard 2-3 day turnaround. Same-day pick-up and drop-off is available for an extra $15.00 charge regardless of order size/weight.

No. Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.

Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this order. For instance, if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.

No. Our superior level of service requires no contract.

We ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed.

Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed pro.erly so nothing falls out. We will Provide you with a Free Laundry bag when your first order is delivered.

Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.

No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.

No. You never have to sign a contract, and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.

We use premium brand products.  You can request a different kind for an additional charge. You can select products of your choice from different options available at the time of placing the pickup.

No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another

We encourage our customers to stain treat at home. We do not do any stain treatments at our facility. We have had incidents where customers leave foreign items in their bags like crayons, pens, chap stick, gum etc. And this has caused entire bags to become stained. We will do our best to help you with ideas to stain treat but do not make our company responsible for damaged items.

We are not responsible for any items that get damaged, while inside of the laundry machine.

Yes, our largest machine can take up to 8 loads. But why haul that much laundry to the laundromat yourself when Door to Door Laundry will be more than happy to haul it and do it for you?

Yes, we are in a small strip center that has street parking out front. There is a parking lot next to our building but it may get full during peak hours. We recommend using Door to Door Laundry pickup and delivery for a much more convenient experience.

Yes, we do. We have 60 pound machines that are big enough for bulky comforters

There is an attendant on hand between 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
